The vision of our Late Chairman continues to be promoted through his sons, who have also been at the helm of the family business since inception. Mr Joseph Parayil, Mr Philip Parayil and Mr Mathew Parayil, the Directors of the Company, believe in keeping in touch with day-to-day operations on a hands-on basis, no matter where they are. Though based in India and USA, they make it a point to take turns visiting the plants frequently and interacting with all departments, keeping the bond strong. Their presence strengthens the commitment of the entire team, ensuring that the Group stays in line with the Vision.
The Directors do not limit themselves to visiting just the facilities producing the products, but also visit all Retail Outlets within the network, thereby understanding trends and strengthening business relationships.
